Neutral strap plate

I recently bought the Theft device Neutral strap plate, it does not work on my 2021 Charger. The only way it fits is having it straight up, then you can still reach under it to pull the strap. Also then you cant put the tray back on so you just see this bracket and strap. Big waste of money. If I could find my original order I would return it. 😒
